  1. Schedule a meeting at the location with the Town Sanitarian and an engineer, if necessary to perform Deep holes and Perks test to determine the quality of soils.

  2. From the soil test an approved deign or an engineered plan can be created.

  3. With an Engineered plan we can make a thorough Estimate for the total project.

  4. The septic system will then be built to the specifications of the plan.

  5. Upon a final approval on the construction of the system by the Town Sanitarian the Landowner will receive a Permit to Discharge and  the new system and the project will be complete.
